概述

Hivemark 是一款個人收藏管理 App，協助你儲存與整理網頁連結。我們在設計上以「資料留在你的裝置」為原則，盡可能不蒐集任何能識別你個人身分的資料。本政策說明 Hivemark 如何處理資料。

我們不蒐集的資料

Hivemark 不需要註冊或登入帳號，不會蒐集你的姓名、電話或電子郵件。
不顯示廣告，也不串接第三方廣告或行為追蹤工具。
不會販售或分享你的資料給任何第三方做行銷用途。

儲存在你裝置上的資料

你儲存的書籤（連結、標題、作者、預覽圖、標籤、筆記等）都儲存在你 裝置本機的資料庫中，可離線使用。除非你主動使用下列功能，否則這些資料不會離開你的裝置。

連結資訊擷取

當你儲存一個連結時，App 會向該連結所屬的網站請求其公開的網頁資訊（例如標題、作者、預覽圖等 Open Graph 中介資料），以便顯示。此請求直接送往該網站，僅包含你所儲存的網址。

AI 回顧 / 整理功能（選用）

當你使用「回顧（Recap）」、自動分類或摘要等 AI 功能時，相關書籤的文字內容（如標題、摘要文字）會傳送到我們的後端服務（架設於 Cloudflare）進行處理，並可能轉送至 AI 模型供應商（OpenAI 的文字向量模型、Cloudflare Workers AI 的語言模型）以產生分類與摘要結果。

這些內容僅用於即時產生你所要求的結果，不會用於訓練模型。
後端僅保留匿名的用量計數（例如請求次數）以防止濫用，不含可識別個人身分的資料。
若你不使用 AI 功能，書籤內容不會傳送到後端。

匯出與匯入

你可以將收藏匯出成檔案、或從檔案匯入。匯出的檔案由你自行控制與保管，Hivemark 不會將其上傳到任何伺服器。

兒童隱私

Hivemark 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。

政策異動

本政策若有更新，會調整本頁上方的「最後更新」日期。重大變更時我們會在 App 內或本頁做適當提示。

Overview

Hivemark is a personal bookmarking app that helps you save and organize links. It is designed to be local-first: your data stays on your device, and we aim to collect no personally identifiable information. This policy explains how Hivemark handles data.

What we do not collect

Hivemark requires no account or sign-in; we do not collect your name, phone number, or email.
No advertising, and no third-party ad or behavioral tracking SDKs.
We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data stored on your device

The bookmarks you save (links, titles, authors, preview images, tags, notes, etc.) are stored in a database locally on your device and work offline. This data does not leave your device unless you actively use the features below.

Link metadata fetching

When you save a link, the app requests public web metadata (such as title, author, and preview image — Open Graph data) directly from the website that link points to, so it can be displayed. That request goes to the website itself and contains only the URL you saved.

AI recap / organization features (optional)

When you use AI features such as Recap, automatic categorization, or summaries, the text of the relevant bookmarks (e.g. titles and summary text) is sent to our backend service (hosted on Cloudflare) for processing, and may be forwarded to AI model providers (OpenAI's text-embedding model and Cloudflare Workers AI language models) to produce categories and summaries.

This content is used only to generate the result you requested and is not used to train models.
The backend retains only anonymous usage counts (e.g. number of requests) to prevent abuse; no personally identifiable data.
If you do not use AI features, bookmark content is not sent to the backend.

Export & import

You can export your collection to a file or import from one. Exported files are under your control; Hivemark does not upload them to any server.

Children's privacy

Hivemark is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will provide appropriate notice in the app or on this page.
